Record of delivering multiple, successful SailPoint implementations with highly satisfied customers leads to another Admiral Delivery Partner Award
Boulder, Colo., January 21, 2021 — Integral Partners, a leading identity and cybersecurity consulting firm, has received its third consecutive SailPoint Admiral Certification for Delivery Excellence status in recognition of their ability to deliver highly successful implementations using the SailPoint platform (NYSE: SAIL). SailPoint created the Admiral award in 2018 to honor top-tier partners. Integral Partners has been awarded the status of Admiral every year since its inception. Out of over 250 eligible partners, they were one of only 13 North American companies given that designation in 2020.
The award is based on a broad set of criteria, making it difficult to earn:
- Delivery Experience: Minimum number of SailPoint deployments (Integral Partner met these criteria using every major vertical)
- Resource Competency: Number of certified resources across the entire SailPoint portfolio
- Customer Success: Average a customer health score of at least 70 across ALL SailPoint deployments
Gold cosponsor of CSO50: Integral Partners recently collaborated with SailPoint as Gold Sponsors of the CSO50 Conference and Awards, the tech industry’s premier source of information on security and risk. Their free IAM Fundamentals and SailPoint Workshop was part of the event and continues to provide value to organizations looking to create a successful Identity and Access Management program – whether you already have SailPoint, are considering SailPoint or have other technologies of interest related to IGA.
SailPoint cloud IGA support subscription: Among the unique SailPoint services that Integral Partners provides is a fixed-cost subscription solution that combines IdentityNow, the leading SaaS Identity Governance and Administration solution from SailPoint, with Integral Partners’ Admiral-certified implementation services and monthly support.
Legacy migration success using IdentityIQ: Integral Partners are also experts in SailPoint’s IdentityIQ platform. On a recent implementation at one of the largest utilities in the US, they replaced a multi-million dollar legacy Oracle system with IdentityIQ. The project was a challenging undertaking, replacing what had taken over 5 years to build in less than 12 months.
The successful on-time completion allowed the utility to avoid an estimated $1 million in upcoming renewal costs.
Ryan Cluff, Director and head of the SailPoint practice at Integral Partners, described the project this way:
“The utility had spent over five years and $30+ million building out and “improving” their legacy OIM platform, but the environment complexity only grew, as did the difficulty and high cost of maintaining it. The new program needed to provide like-for-like functionality, address the major pain-points of the existing OIM system, and address the complexities around NERC/CIP and other audit challenges.
“Our ability to not only leverage IIQ’s out-of-the-box features, but also meet several complex requirements by building additional functionality on top of the IIQ framework, was key to the project’s success. Our leadership beyond simple tool implementation and our deep experience with the utility industry also helped ensure the successful migration at an unprecedented schedule and cost.”
AI & Predictive Identity: Integral Partners is also helping lead the charge for SailPoint’s latest identity innovation, Predictive Identity. It infuses AI and machine learning into the entire identity governance process, enhancing and accelerating identity related decisions and tasks. Predictive Identity can be especially useful in helping organizations stay compliant with regulations such as such as SOX, HIPAA, GLBA, and GDPR.
