The Admiral award was created by SailPoint in 2018 to honor top-tier partners committed to delivery excellence. They undergo significant testing and training around SailPoint technology to qualify. Integral Partners has been awarded the status of Admiral every year since its inception.
During the evaluation process, SailPoint conducts its own customer satisfaction surveys to ensure their partner’s proven ability to deliver multiple, successful implementations with highly referenceable and satisfied customers. The broad set of criteria and required expertise makes the award difficult to earn:
- Delivery Excellence: SailPoint requires a minimum number of successful deployments of their platforms
- Resource Expertise: The Partner must have specific certified resources across the entire SailPoint portfolio
- Customer Success & Satisfaction: An high customer health score must be met and independently verified across ALL SailPoint deployments

Delivering the Second Largest SailPoint IdentityNow Project Ever at Southern New Hampshire University
Integral Partners and Xalient recently helped Southern New Hampshire University plan, deliver, and support the second largest implementation ever of SailPoint’s IdentityNow SaaS platform. This complex and impactful project helped modernize SNHU’s Identity program, including the use of SailPoint’s NERM platform, which manages the lifecycle of third-party non-employee identities.

Legacy Migration Success Using SailPoint’s IdentityIQ Platform
Integral Partners are also experts at migrating legacy IAM platforms to SailPoint. At PG&E, one of the largest utilities in the US, they replaced a multi-million dollar legacy Oracle system with IdentityIQ (IIQ). The project was a challenging undertaking, replacing what had taken over 5 years to build in less than 12 months.
Ryan Cluff, head of the SailPoint practice at Integral Partners, described the project this way:
“The utility had spent over five years and $30+ million building out and “improving” their legacy OIM platform, but their environment and complexity only grew, as did the difficulty and high cost of maintaining it. The new program needed to provide like-for-like functionality, address the major pain points of the existing Oracle system, and address the complexities around NERC/CIP and other audit challenges.
“Our ability to not only leverage IIQ’s out-of-the-box features, but also meet several complex requirements by building additional functionality on top of the IIQ framework, was key to the project’s success. Our leadership beyond simple tool implementation and our deep experience with the utility industry also helped ensure the successful migration at an unprecedented schedule and cost.”
